I called A Supreme for no heat at a rental of mine. My Carrier ductless was not heating and needed a part replaced. The part was not in stock at Carrier and I was told it could take 6 weeks to arrive. Kristina from Supreme went the extra mile and was able to get the part much sooner. I was thrilled!

I want to thank Kristina, Mike, and the install team for putting up with me. I made a lot of changes throughout the process and they handled them well. They did a great job!
